Welcome to Palace Lashes. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Appointments

Palace Lashes provides professional eyelash extension services. All appointments must be booked through our official booking system or contact methods.

Late Policy: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled to stay on schedule.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

2. Liability & Safety

Allergies: It is the client's responsibility to disclose any known allergies to adhesives, tapes, or synthetic materials prior to the service.

Medical Conditions: Clients with eye infections or recent eye surgeries should consult a doctor before booking.

Results: While we strive for perfection, results vary based on natural lash health and aftercare. Palace Lashes is not liable for reactions occurring due to undisclosed allergies or improper aftercare.
